Happy Tuesday everyone!

I hope you enjoyed your long Labor Day weekend, I know I did!  It has been a fun exciting day at the Central Illinois CW.  This morning Nate, our web producer, and I headed out bright and early from the station to promote the CW’s new shows Hellcats and Nikita to local radio stations.  My first stop was in Decatur at Y103.  I stopped by and talked with Shannon and Mike from the morning show.  They are so much fun and down to earth to talk with.  I know how much Shannon likes girlie shows so I gave them a Hellcats backpack, megaphone, water bottle, the pilot Hellcats episode and other fun items.  My next stop was Decatur’s Country station, 95Q.   I chatted with my buddy Toby Tucker and presented him with a gift from the CW. You probably can guess what I gave him…yep the Nikita brass knuckles coffee mug, coffee, and Nikita pilot episode!

Make sure you keep your ears open tomorrow morning because I’ll be talking to my friends John and Michelle from WFMB 104.5 and then I will be heading to Champaign to WQQB!  Plus tomorrow is the BIG day, America’s Next Top Model premieres on the CW at 7 p.m. followed by the anticipated Hellcats premiere at 8 p.m.  But for now I guess I should probably get back to writing scripts.  Have a great day!
