Sponsored by EIU Veterans Services & Delta Tau Delta, the Blood Drive will be held in the MLK Jr. Union University Ballroom from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Eastern Illinois University campus in Charleston, Illinois.
Return to event list.This blood drive will be in honor of one of American Red Cross’ favorite sons, Darrell Eaton. For anyone who knew Darrell, they would most assuredly say, what a dedicated blood donor he was! Darrell contributed more than 26 gallons of life-saving blood in his lifetime. Eaton was a Marine who believed in honoring his country and the community of Charleston. Donating blood was Darrell’s way of giving back to his community and selflessly touching a countless number of stranger’s lives. Please come help us pay tribute to Darrell Eaton by giving blood in his honor.
