Teams of youth ages 9 to 19 were given the challenge to build a robot that can successfully complete a series of tasks. This year's theme is "Farm Bot" in which each robot will collect crops from the field while using sensors to avoid obstacles such as rocks and streams on the playing field. Pre-event "Robots in Action" fair from 11:30-12:30pm will have hands-on activities and demonstrations. Open to the public. Judging for the competition will be 1:00-4:00pm. Spectators welcomed.
