Return to event list.SCHOOL’S OUT: CABIN FEVER Interpretive Center, Homer Lake Forest Preserve, 2573 S. Homer Lake Rd, Homer, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Come on out to Homer Lake for some fun family activities to beat those feelings of cabin fever! Hit the trails in search of different types of animal homes on the Animal “Homer” hike. After the trail, warm up inside the Interpretive Center with some hot chocolate or tea, and enjoy some fun family crafts and activities. This family event will be offered all day. Free.
