LITCHFIELD– The 1st Annual Natural Landscapes A Gardeners Symposium, presented by University of Illinois Extension will be held on Saturday, February 23, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Lincoln Land Community College in Litchfield. Doors open at 8:15 a.m. for registration.
Return to event list.Internationally acclaimed researcher and educator Andrea Faber Taylor, PhD, and others will treat attendees to a half day of presentations. These horticultural experts will share their knowledge on a wide variety of topics including Andrea Faber Taylor on Children in Nature, Chris Enroth – Beneficial Insects, Stephanie Porter – Tomato IPM, Ken Schaal – Landscaping with Native Plants, Gwen Podeschi – Growing Blueberries in the Home Landscape, Karen Cherry – Invasive Plants and Lola Spears – Edible Container Gardening.
