Happy Friday!

Earlier this week I had the pleasure of going out to MTI here in Springfield to chat with Eric Gleason! He showed me the newest addition to the MTI welding program which is a simulated welding machine. It is a 3D machine which allows you to act as though you are actually welding metal! It was really awesome to be able to practice welding for the very first time in a safe manner! The machine also has the ability to score your work; I was very surprised at how well I scored a 75% out of 100! Not too shabby! I suggest that you go by MTI and check out the new equipment and let me know your score!

MTI will be holding two open houses in April. The first open house is Thursday, April 12th form 5:00pm - 8:00pm. They will be holding an additional open house on Saturday, April 14th from 10:00am – 2:00pm. If you want any additional information about the open house feel free to check out their website!
