Prizes:  (9) Total prizes - One concert per winner drawn.
(2) VIP Tickets to Jeff Dunham on August 12, 2011 at the Illinois State Fair Grandstand and (2) paid admissions into the fair, plus (1) parking pass. Total prize value is $67.
(2) VIP Tickets to 3 Doors Down with Safetysuit on August 13, 2011 at the Illinois State Fair Grandstand and (2) paid admissions into the fair, plus (1) parking pass. Total prize value is $77.
(2) VIP Tickets to Jason Aldean, Chris Young with Thomspon Square on August 14, 2011 at the Illinois State Fair Grandstand and (2) paid admissions into the fair, plus (1) parking pass. Total prize value is $87.

How to enter: No purchase necessary.  To enter, go to www.cw23tv.com  and fill out the entry form on our contest page. By selecting your preferred concert you will be entered into the drawing for those tickets.
Contest runs July 22nd – August 7th 2011. 

Viewers may enter once per day for the concert of their choice during the contest. The winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified on the August 8th.

Eligibility: Must be 18 to participate.  No employee of GOCOM Media or immediate family members shall be eligible to win.  Immediate family members include, but are not necessarily limited to parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents.  Additionally, GOCOM Media reserves the right to disqualify any other person from participation in a contest where such participation would, in the sole opinion of GOCOM Media, compromise or give the appearance of compromising the integrity of the contest.  No person shall be eligible to win the weekly prize more than one time.  Employees of FOX 55/27 Illinois, CW23, GOCOM Media of Illinois and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, production, promotion and fulfillment agencies, other broadcast companies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible for any contest.

All entries selected by the station as a winner must provide valid photo identification to claim prizes.  If any individual fails to provide such proof of identity or if the station discovers the ineligibility of the winner as outlined in the official rules, the winner can be disqualified from winning any prize.  If GOCOM Media is unable to obtain this information for any reason, GOCOM Media may select the next eligible person as the winner.  All winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility and release/waiver that releases FOX 55/27 Illinois, CW23, GOCOM Media of Illinois and any of its subsidiaries from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions resulting from acceptance and use of the prizes awarded.

By participating, winners consent to the use of their names, voice, and/or likeness, both still and video, without compensation for advertising, public relations, and promotion.

Failure to sign the eligibility affidavit and release consent form will result in the forfeiture of prizes.  All federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations apply.

Winners are responsible for all taxes incurred on all prizes awarded.  Winners may be required to provide their social security number for tax purposes.  All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable.  The decision of GOCOM Media with regard to all matters relating to the contest, including matters not specifically addressed in these rules, shall be final. Prizes not claimed in accordance with these rules will be forfeited and not awarded.   All unclaimed prizes become the sole property of GOCOM Media.  Winners have (30) days from the day contacted to claim their prize.
