“Six Flags Gold Pass Giveaway”

Prizes: (2) Gold Pass Family Packs, which include four 2013 Gold Passes to Six Flags St Louis. Gold Pass Family Pack value is $ 399.96.

How to enter: No purchase necessary. Log onto www.facebook.com/CW23tv, click on the Six Flags tab, ‘like’ our page and complete the entry form. Contest runs October 1st – 14th at Midnight. Two winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. We will contact the winners on or about Oct 15th.

Only one entry per day permitted. For a list of the winners names email promotions@foxillinois.com.

Eligibility: Must be 18 to participate. No employee of CW23, Six Flags, or its affiliated companies, his or hers spouse, or immediate family members shall be eligible to win. Immediate family members include, but are not necessarily limited to parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. Additionally, CW23 reserves the right to disqualify any other person from participation in a contest where such participation would, in the sole opinion of CW23, compromise or give the appearance of compromising the integrity of the contest. No person shall be eligible to win the weekly prize more than one time. Employees of CW23, GOCOM Media of Illinois and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, production, promotion and fulfillment agencies, other broadcast companies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible for any contest.

All entries selected by the station as a winner must provide valid photo identification to claim prizes. If any individual fails to provide such proof of identity or if the station discovers the ineligibility of the winner as outlined in the official rules, the winner can be disqualified from winning any prize. If CW23 is unable to obtain this information for any reason, CW23 may select the next eligible person as the winner. All winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility and release/waiver that releases CW23, GOCOM Media of Illinois and any of its subsidiaries from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions resulting from acceptance and use of the prizes awarded.

By participating, winners consent to the use of their names, voice, and/or likeness, both still and video, without compensation for advertising, public relations, and promotion.

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By entering the contest you are providing information to CW23 and not to Facebook.

Winners are responsible for all taxes incurred on all prizes awarded. Winners may be required to provide their social security number for tax purposes. Only one winner per household (unique postal address) is permitted. All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. The decision of CW23 with regard to all matters relating to the contest, including matters not specifically addressed in these rules, shall be final. Prizes not claimed in accordance with these rules will be forfeited and not awarded. All unclaimed prizes become the sole property of CW23. Winners have (30) days from the day contacted to claim their prize.
