FOX 55/27 Illinois Official Contest Rules
“Barnum Bash Ticket Giveaway”

Prizes:  (20) Family Fun Packs, which include 5 ticket vouchers to Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Presents Barnum Bash at the Assembly Hall in Champaign, IL Friday-Sunday, October 19th – 21st, 2012.  Family Fun Pack value is $100.

How to enter: No purchase necessary.  Log onto www.facebook.com/foxillinois, click on the Circus tab, ‘like’ our page and complete the entry form. Contest runs October 1st – 12th at noon. Two winners will be selected each weeknight at random from all eligible entries. We will mail the ticket vouchers to the address provided on the form.

Only one entry per day permitted. For a list of the winners names email promotions@foxillinois.com.

All vouchers must be exchanged at the Assembly Hall for tickets.

Eligibility: Must be 18 to participate. No employee of FOX 55/27 Illinois, The Assembly Hall, or its affiliated companies, his or hers spouse, or immediate family members shall be eligible to win.  Immediate family members include, but are not necessarily limited to parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents.  Additionally, FOX 55/27 Illinois reserves the right to disqualify any other person from participation in a contest where such participation would, in the sole opinion of FOX 55/27Illinois, compromise or give the appearance of compromising the integrity of the contest.  No person shall be eligible to win the weekly prize more than one time.  Employees of FOX 55/27 Illinois, GOCOM Media of Illinois and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, production, promotion and fulfillment agencies, other broadcast companies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible for any contest.

All entries selected by the station as a winner must provide valid photo identification to claim prizes.  If any individual fails to provide such proof of identity or if the station discovers the ineligibility of the winner as outlined in the official rules, the winner can be disqualified from winning any prize.  If FOX 55/27 Illinois is unable to obtain this information for any reason, FOX 55/27 Illinois may select the next eligible person as the winner.  All winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility and release/waiver that releases FOX 55/27 Illinois, GOCOM Media of Illinois and any of its subsidiaries from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions resulting from acceptance and use of the prizes awarded.

FOX 55/27 Illinois is not responsible if the vouchers are lost or damaged in the shipping process. FOX 55/27 Illinois is not responsible if the shows become sold out and the vouchers are not valid.

By participating, winners consent to the use of their names, voice, and/or likeness, both still and video, without compensation for advertising, public relations, and promotion.

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By entering the contest you are providing information to FOX 55/27 Illinois and not to Facebook.

Winners are responsible for all taxes incurred on all prizes awarded.  Winners may be required to provide their social security number for tax purposes.  Only one winner per household (unique postal address) is permitted. All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable.  The decision of FOX 55/27 Illinois with regard to all matters relating to the contest, including matters not specifically addressed in these rules, shall be final. Prizes not claimed in accordance with these rules will be forfeited and not awarded.   All unclaimed prizes become the sole property of FOX 55/27 Illinois.  Winners have (30) days from the day contacted to claim their prize.
