“Animation Domination $100 Giveaway”
May 2012

No purchase necessary.

Prizes: (15) $100 prizes in the form of a check.

How to enter: No purchase necessary. Watch Animation Domination weeknights on CW 23, American Dad 5pm, King of the Hill 5:30p, Family Guy 6p, and The Simpsons at 6:30p. Each weeknight, May 7th - May 25th, 2012, CW23 will air a “cue to call” during Animation Domination (5p-7p). Call the prize line immediately. The 23rd caller will win $100. The prize line number is 217-523-1914.

Eligibility: No employee of GOCOM Media, or its affiliated companies, his or hers spouse, or immediate family members shall be eligible to win. Immediate family members include, but are not necessarily limited to parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. Additionally, GOCOM Media reserves the right to disqualify any other person from participation in a contest where such participation would, in the sole opinion of GOCOM Media, compromise or give the appearance of compromising the integrity of the contest. No person shall be eligible to win the weekly prize more than one time. Employees of FOX 55/27 Illinois, CW23, GOCOM Media of Illinois and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, production, promotion and fulfillment agencies, other broadcast companies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible for any contest.

All entries selected by the station as a winner must provide valid photo identification to claim prizes. If any individual fails to provide such proof of identity or if the station discovers the ineligibility of the winner as outlined in the official rules, the winner can be disqualified from winning any prize. If GOCOM Media is unable to obtain this information for any reason, GOCOM Media may select the next eligible person as the winner. All winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility and release/waiver that releases FOX 55/27 Illinois, CW23, GOCOM Media of Illinois and any of its subsidiaries from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions resulting from acceptance and use of the prizes awarded.

GOCOM Media of Illinois is not responsible for lost calls, busy calls, calls interrupted by static or dropped calls.

By participating, winners consent to the use of their names, voice, and/or likeness, both still and video, without compensation for advertising, public relations, and promotion.

Failure to sign the eligibility affidavit and release consent form will result in the forfeiture of prizes. All federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations apply.

Winners are responsible for all taxes incurred on all prizes awarded. Winners may be required to provide their social security number for tax purposes. Only one winner per household (unique postal address) is permitted. All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. The decision of GOCOM Media with regard to all matters relating to the contest, including matters not specifically addressed in these rules, shall be final. Prizes not claimed in accordance with these rules will be forfeited and not awarded. All unclaimed prizes become the sole property of GOCOM Media. Winners have (30) days from the day contacted to claim their prize.
