UPDATE: Woman Killed at Rest Stop, Suspect in Court

We are now learning new details about the person suspected in 2 Illinois homicides.

That man made his first appearance before a judge Monday.

According to local reports, Terrence Doddy used a wheelchair and had black eyes when he appeared in a Wisconsin courtroom.

He has not yet entered a plea.

Illinois State Police say the 36-year-old is a suspect in the late June killing of 37-year-old Todd Hansmeier of Rockford and the July 1 death of 44-year-old Tonya Bargman of Monticello.

She was killed at a rest stop on Interstate 39.
