Holiday Weight Gain: Tips For Keeping off the Pounds

A new study out of Italy says that eating your holiday goodies on a red plate might cause you to eat less of it. More research still needs to be done but it may be worth a try.

Make sure you eat your vegetables along with everything else, they will help you fill up on fiber so you might put down the pie.

If you plan on eating a lot in the evening plan the rest of what you eat around that, cutting back on breakfast and lunch.

Having a glass if water before drinking alcohol and fitting in working out can also help counteract the effects of holiday eating.
