A new major study found that those who ate 7 or more servings of nuts a week were 20% less likely to die from cancer, heart disease or any other cause than those who didn't over a thirty year period.

Researchers also say that participants who ate nuts more often were leaner, less likely to smoke, and more likely to exercise.
