New Voting Law

Updated: Thursday, January 2 2014, 11:45 AM CST
Another new law that took effect January 1 allows 17-year-olds to vote in the Primary, but only if they'll be turning 18 by the Fall general election.

The registration process is the same as it is for 18-year-olds. They will have the register by February 18 to vote at their local poll.

They will have to vote at the same spot that they register.
