After an investigation, police arrested the women -- ages between 22 and 39. Three are from Danville, One from Georgeown and another from Terre Haute, Indiana.

"The names came in, or the activities of such was coming in, from different individuals and because of the concern they had gave us we went over to surveil the area and in fact recognized what appeared to be the same as what they were seeing. We put together a special team and we went out and addressed the issue," Danville Director of Public Safety Larry Thomason said.

Thomason says police scouted a four-block radius between Lafayette to Davis and between Gilbert and Logan. He says the area is a mix between rental properties, businesses and homes.
