JACKSONVILLE POLICE ARREST A MAN WITH A WARRANT AND COME ACROSS A LOT MORE...
NOW -- TWO PEOPLE ARE SITTING IN JAIL, AFTER POLICE SAY THEY FOUND THE MATERIALS TO MAKE METH INSIDE THEIR HOME.

WE'RE TOLD THE HOUSE BELONGS TO 33-YEAR OLD HEATHER FANNING... WHO REPORTEDLY GAVE POLICE PERMISSION TO SEARCH HER HOME.
POLICE INITIALLY WENT THERE TO ARREST 26-YEAR OLD JARRY GUNNIN...
THEN FOUND WHAT THEY BELIEVED WAS METH, MATERIALS TO MAKE METH, AND DRUG PARAPHENALIA.
JACKSONVILLE POLICE SAY WHAT MAKES THIS CRIME WORSE, IS THE FACT THAT THE HOME ISN'T FAR FROM WHERE CHILDREN SPEND THEIR DAYS.

"That residence is in the 700 block of N. Diamond. There is a school that would have been about a block and a half to two blocks away."

THERE WERE ALSO TWO CHILDREN *IN THE HOME AT THE TIME OF THE ARREST.
POLICE TELL US THEY WERE TURNED OVER TO THEIR BIOLOGICAL FATHER.
BOTH "GUNNIN" AND "FANNING" ARE CHARGED WITH AGGRAVATED PARTICIPATION IN METH MANUFACTURING, POSSESION OF METH, METHAMPHETAMINE RELATED CHILD ENDANGERMENT, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHENALIA, AND POSSESSION OF DRUG MAKING MATERIALS.
