Third Suspect Charged In Fatal Shooting

Police now have all three men they think took part in the shooting death of Allen Redding on June 24th.



Officials tell us Micah Hopkins was arrested late Wednesday night by the US Marshal's service.



He was found with family and is currently being held in Luxora, Arkansas.



Hopkins was the only suspect still at large for the murder of 26 year old Allen Redding on June 24th.



With his capture, all three men that police believed were involved in the murder are now in custody.



But this isn't stopping officials from working on the case. They say they're not resting until the trial begins.



"The
investigation continue as leads keep coming into the department we keep
following up on them, trying to make this case you know as tight and
complete as possible before it goes to trial," says Srgt. Dennis
Baltzell.



The
other two men arrested, brothers Paul and Devon Craig were in court
Wednesday and are now facing additional witness intimidation charges.

Was also charged with aggravated intimidation, Harassment of a witness and conspiracy to commit aggravated intimidation.



Champaign
police are still urging the community to come forward if you have any
information about this case. You can contact them or call crime stoppers
at 373-tips if you would like to remain anonymous.



McFarland was arrested Tuesday and is being held on a $750,000 bond. Both Craigs will be back in court on August 8th. Hopkins has been charged with nine counts of first-degree murder. His bond is set at 1 million dollars. Third Suspect Charged In Fatal Shooting
