Just in time for the holiday travel season, Southwest Airlines becomes the latest airline to get FAA approval to ease electronic rules for passangers.
The move comes three weeks after the FAA announced the loosening of electronics rules aboard aircraft.
Under the new rule, passangers may use certain devices in 'airplane mode' during taxiing, takeoff, and landing.
JetBlue, US Airways, Delta, American and United Airlines have already implemented the change.
