Northstar Lottery Income Falls ShortIllinois lottery officials announced this morning that Northstar Lottery Group fell short of its net income by only generating $757 million. The shortfall entitles the state to a $20 million payout. According to the private management agreement, the lottery plans to get the money by withholding future monthly payments to Northstar.
