Do you think Illinois should raise the state's minimum wage? It's currently at $8.25. The group Action Now thinks it should go up. They rallied outside the Capitol, on Wednesday urging lawmakers to pass a bill that would raise the state's minimum wage to $10.65 an hour by the year 2014. Story by Newschannel 20.
