State gives Richland $3.5 million for renovation

$3.5 million is going to Richland Community College in Decatur, courtesy of you, the taxpayer. The money, which is from Illinois' Jobs Now program, will be used for the renovation and construction of an addition to the student success center. Story by Newschannel 20.
