Butt doctor re-arrested after woman’s death

He promised women a better butt, but as it turns out, this fake doctor may have given them a lethal injection.

O'neal Morris is already facing charges for allegedly pumping up women with fix-a-flat, super glue, bathroom caulk and even cement.

Now, one of those women has died.
