Convicted ex-Congressman wants Jackson’s seat

His campaign signs read "Redemption," as Mel Reynolds announces he will run for Jesse Jackson Jr's congressional seat.

Reynolds is a former Congressman who resigned after his conviction for having an affair with an underage campaign worker.

He also served time in a federal prison on fraud charges.
