Drew Peterson New Trial?

Drew Peterson's attorneys say they will argue for a new trial based on a tactical error made by one of his own lawyers. For Peterson, this represents one more chance before his scheduled sentencing tomorrow (2/20).

Peterson was convicted of murdering his third wife, Kathleen Savio.
