Grand jury refuses to indict Texas father who killed man caught with daughter

A father accused of using his bare hands to kill a man he caught sexually assaulting his young daughter will not be facing homicide charges.

A Texas jury chose not to indict the father on Tuesday after a nation-wide discussion over whether he was legally justified.

Fox's Cynthia Lee takes us there and reveals what evidence the jurors heard.
