Man caught on video bullying child with cerebral palsy sentenced to jail

A man caught on video imitating the limp of a girl with cerebral palsy will have to go to jail.

As Fox's Peggy Sinkovich tells us, the child's parents are pleased with the verdict but say the situation has been hard on their daughter.
