Quinn's Budget Address

Gov. Quinn delivered a direct challenge to lawmakers to pass pension reform during his budget address yesterday (3/6). Quinn claimed that his proposed budget is a direct result of lawmakers' inaction. He stated, "In two years, Illinois will be spending more on public pension than on education."
