The Dallas Cowboys player and former Fighting Illini arrested for intoxicated manslaughter was released from jail over the weekend and here is video of his attorney speaking to the press
      
Josh Brent walked out of the Irving, Texas jail with his attorney, George Milner.

Brent says he is mourning the loss of his best friend and has nothing else to say on the matter.

His attorney says it's time to focus on Brown's family, who is struggling with his loss.
