St. Louis man faces assault charges after allegedly beating horse and driver

A St. Louis man is facing assault charges after beating a horse carriage driver off the carriage and then stealing it!

And when the horse didn't cooperate, the man started the punching and kicking it!

Fox's Kurt Labelle got the exclusive story from the driver who asked to remain anonymous for safety reasons.
