The ins and outs of Illinois’ No Child Left Behind waiver

Illinois officials plan on applying for a No Child Left behind Act waiver. The waiver would not mandate schools focus on individual, specific goals but would instead make the schools improve their achievement gap by 50 percent in six years. Story by Newschannel 20.
