Video – Illinois roads buckle under heat

Roads buckling under the heat in Illinois.

A large piece of pavement is causing problems for drivers in Chicago. Columbus Drive buckled across the roadway Wednesday afternoon leaving a bump almost five inches high.

Crews are working to fix the problem in time for the weekend.

Temperatures have already broken one-hundred degrees and are predicted to reach as high as 105 degrees in some areas
