There was very little change in this week's Blogpoll, as you can plainly see, and that is because outside of Oklahoma's absolute decapitation of UT in Dallas, very little of import happened on Saturday. Texas was the only unbeaten team that lost, everybody else just kept on rolling. Florida of course was on the receiving end of a sever beating at the hands of LSU as well, and will not see the top 25 again so long as Brantley is out.

Illinois moves up in my poll simply by not losing and advancing over the remains of the Longhorns and the Gators, outside of their problematic opening minutes, the Illini dispatched Indiana with the gusto one would expect from a top 15 team. Kansas State similarly advances because it too is unbeaten, took out a conference opponent, and looked good doing so. Arizona State continues to climb the poll, and makes the Illini look really, really good as a result.

As for you Penn State, you are ranked because I could not find a team that deserved the 25 spot more than you, even though you are as flawed as any team can be. Sure your lone loss is to my number 3 team, and are being punished much more than say Texas, Arkansas or Oregon, but the game you played against Iowa was unbearable, and you must pay penance.
