Flour-less Brownies

Flour-less Brownies

Ingredients:

  •      14 oz canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  •      2 large eggs
  •      1/2 cup cocoa powder
  •      1/2 cup honey
  •      1/2 tsp oil
  •      1/2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or dairy, skim)
  •      1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  •      1/2 tsp baking powder
  •      1/2 tsp baking soda
  •      1/2 tsp freshly ground coffee grounds (not brewed) or instant coffee
  •      1/2-1 cup Ghiradelli 60% bittersweet chocolate baking chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Grease nonstick 9x9inch square pan
  3. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips onto the pan
  4. Mix the remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and pour in the pan
  5. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips evenly onto the batter.
  6. Bake for 30-32 minutes
  7. Cool completely before cutting
