Homemade Guacamole

Ingredients:
Homemade Guacamole   
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped 
- 1/4 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime 
- 2 avocados, diced 
- Salt and pepper to taste    

Homemade Salsa    
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped 
-1/2 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped 
- 1/4 medium red onion
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 bunch of cilantro 
- 2 medium very ripe tomatoes 
- Salt and pepper to taste    

Directions:
Homemade Guacamole
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium serving bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.     

Homemade Salsa
- Place garlic, jalapeno, onion and lime juice in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. 
-Roughly chop the cilantro and the tomatoes and add them to the food processor. 
-Pulse until just chopped. Do not puree. 
-Add salt and pepper to taste.
