Beer Mussels

-1# Fresh Prince Edward Isle Mussels
-1/2tsp minced garlic
-4oz Upside Brown Ale
-1/4c finely chopped red onion
-1/4c chopped ham
-1/8c green onion for garnish
Parsley for color

Add mussels to a warm pan. Right before you think the mussels are to open add beer and minced garlic to the pan. Cook 1 minute then add red onion and ham. Simmer 1-2 minutes. Pour mussels into serving dish and garnish with green onion and parsley. Service with garlic bread and remainder of brown ale
