Bangers & Mash Pt. 2

-3 Jones Boys Market English Bangers
-1/4c caramelized onions
-1/4c sautéed mushrooms
-1/2 tsp olive oil
Parsley for color
make garlic mash first boil potatoes until tender and drain thoroughly.
Add milk, butter, and seasoning to texture and taste of your choice.
bangers ahead of time in order to make them to order. Heat pan with
olive oil, add bangers and sautee for approximately 1-2 minutes per
side. Add caramelized onions and mushrooms after you turn bangers for
the first time. Sautee until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Add garlic mash to serving tray, place bangers on top and then garnish
with fresh parsley for color.
