White Chicken Pizza

White Chicken Pizza


16” store-bought pizza crust

6 ounces mock alfredo sauce (see above)

6 ounces chicken, shredded

5 ounces Roma tomatoes, sliced

1 cup green peppers, diced

8 ounces shredded cheese blend (we like mozzarella with parmesan and muenster)

1 tbsp Italian herb seasoning

1 ounces extra-virgin olive oil


Place the crust on a flat surface and evenly spread the mock alfredo sauce. Evenly top the sauce with 6 ounces of the cheese, setting the rest aside. Place the sliced tomatoes around the pizza, followed by the diced green peppers, then the pulled chicken. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the chicken and sprinkle with Italian herbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes or until the cheese is slightly browned.
