Taco Pasta Salad

Taco Pata Salad (Kraft Foods)


3/4 c Fat Free Ranch dressing

2 Tbsp lime lime

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp ground cumin

3 cups whole wheat rotini pasta, cooked rinsed and cooled

1 can (15 oz) low sodium black beans, drained and rinsed

4 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves

1 tomato, chopped

1 cup 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Mix the first four ingredients in a small bowl (dressing mixture).

Combine pasta, beans, spinach, tomato and cheese in a large bowl (pasta mixture).

Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta mixture and toss lightly

Makes 10 servings/1 cup each
