Salmon/Scallop Cake

Salmon/Scallop Cake

- 8oz. Salmon minced

- 8oz. Scallop minced

- 4oz. Mayo

- 1/2 Green Pepper Diced

- 1/2 Onion (Red) Diced

- 1/2tb Kosher Salt

- 1/2tb Black Pepper Coarse

- 1/2tb Italian Seasoning

- 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumb

- 1tb Fresh Minced Garlic

Combine all, form into small cakes. Sear in hot pan, cook until 140 degrees internally.
