Black & Bleu Filet

- Bleu Cheese Sauce

- 2oz. cream

- 1tb garlic

- 1 tb shallot

- 6oz. bleu cheese

Roast minced garlic and shallot in pan, add bleu cheese, and cream, reduced until thick.

-Filet (Beef Tenderloin)

Rub in blacken seasoning, pan sear on high to temperature of your choice.
