Seeded Multigrain Grilled Cheese

2 slices Bake-at-Home Seeded Multigrain

1 cup kale, stems removed

1 slice havarti cheese

½ cup cherry tomatoes

olive oil

salt and pepper

Sauté kale in olive oil over medium high heat until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.Cut tomatoes in half. Toss with a bit of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in a 375 degree oven until caramelized, approximately 15-20 minutes. Set aside to cool.Build your Grilled Cheese: Lay Seeded Multigrain slices flat on cutting board. Layer one slice with roasted tomatoes. Top generously with wilted kale. Add havarti and cover with remaining bread. Heat a sandwich press or a non-stick skillet over medium low flame. Grill sandwich in a bit of olive oil until bread crisps and browns and cheese begins to melt. Drizzle oil on top of sandwich and carefully turn it over to grill the other side. Serve immediately.
