Pineapple Ginger Mint Cooler

2 servings)



5 cups of fresh pineapple (peeled and cored = 1
pineapple)



4 thin slices of fresh ginger



10 mint leaves



10 ice cubes



 



Place half of the ingredients in a 72 oz blender,
and blend each batch until smooth.
