2 large tomatoes 2 tbsp. red onion 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tsps. vinegar salt and pepper to taste basil pesto to taste mix all ingredients in a bowl, toss and leave to room temperature.   Serve with balsamic glaze and garlic crostini's
