Fried Risotto Balls

Segment 3: Create Risotto Balls



Ingredients:



8 eggs



3 cups flour



2 cups shredded parmesan cheese



4 cups bread crumbs



Salt and pepper to taste



Oil for frying (vegetable or other desired oil)



Cooled risotto from Segment 1



 



Set up flour, egg wash, bread crumb & cheese mix



Cover risotto with flour, then put in egg wash then bread
crumb/cheese mix and make into balls



Use fryer set to 350F; gently ease breaded balls into
fryer



Fry until golden brown



Fried Risotto Balls
