Flatbread Vegetable Pizza

-Combine mayonnaise and petite diced tomatoes with garlic & olive oil to make garlic aioli

-Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread a layer of Garlic Aioli on flat bread. Sprinkle with green bell pepper and top with cheese. Bake pizza for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melter. Just before serving sprinkle with fresh basil.

-Option: Slice into thirds and serve as an appitizer


1/2cup light mayonnaise
1(14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
4 flat bread
2cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1medium green bell pepper, or orange bell pepper ,chopped
1tablespoon fresh chopped basil
