Blackberry Parfait Wrap

· 4 Tumaro’s whole
· 1 pint
blackberries, rinsed and lightly dried with a paper towel
· 2 cups plain
non-fat Greek yogurt (or vanilla flavor)
· 2 tablespoons
· 1 teaspoon
· ½ cup low-fat
granola (to be sprinkled over top of the 4 tortillas)
1. Lay 4 whole
wheat tortillas out on a clean, flat surface.
2. In a large
bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, honey, and cinnamon. Mix until all ingredients
are well blended.
3. Evenly spread
the Greek yogurt mixture on to the center of each of the 4 tortillas (about ½
cup per tortilla).
4. Divide the
pre-rinsed blackberries evenly over the top of the Greek yogurt mixture on the
tortillas. Divide the low-fat granola evenly over the 4 tortillas on top of the
Greek yogurt and blackberries (about 1/8 cup of granola per
5. Roll each
tortilla carefully into a wrap. You can eat it like this or you can place each
of the tortilla wraps in aluminum foil and place on the grill for 4-5 minutes to
have a warm dessert!
