Fresh Spinach, Mushrooms, Creamy Alfredo Sauce, Grilled Sourdough

Carbonara Sauce

2 qt. Water
1/4 cup Chicken Base
1 qt. Cream
1 qt. Half & Half
7 cups Parmesan
2/3 cup Roasted Garlic-Puree or 4 tsp. Granulated Garlic
1 tbs. Salt
3 tbs. Fresh Ground Pepper
1/3 cup Corn Starch-Mixed with Water

Bring to a boil, add cheese and starch. Reduce heat to low, simmer 5-10 minutes.
