Sherbert in Orange Cups

Cut top off and Scoop out 4 large oranges
Soften
sherbet and spoon in oranges until slightly filled.  Chill in freezer. 
Take one can of mandarin orange segments .  Drain juice off.  In a pan
heat to medium heat and gently
sauté oranges for 30 seconds.  toss one shot of Malibu rum in and pour
over oranges serve at once.
