Sweet Corn Bake

6 ears of sweet corn



1 white onion



Herbs de Provencal



½ stick butter



2 eggs



1 cup of bread crumbs



¼ cup parmesan cheese



1 cup of heavy cream



Salt and pepper to taste



In a sauté pan on low melt butter and add cut fresh corn,
diced onion, herbs de Provencal and cook until soft.   Cool and mix with the rest of the
ingredients and place in a casserole dish and bake uncovered in a 325 oven for
about 1 hour or until slightly firm and toasted on top.
