Warm Brussels Sprouts and Bacon

1# brussel sprouts cleaned and cut into quarters

1 clove fresh garlic

¼ cup sliced white onion

2 tbsp olive oil

4 strips bacon cut into small pieces

Dry Herbs de Provencal

On low heat oil, bacon, onion, garlic until soft then turn
off heat.

Salted boiling water blanch Brussels sprouts for 3 minutes
take out and drain and toss with bacon onion mixture, fold in Herbs de
Provencal add salt and pepper to taste. 
Serve at once.
